Hi all!!

Sorry I've been a stranger lately... don't mean to be! I'm still on plan and going strong... 10 weeks today, 41 pounds of fat never to be seen again! I've been posting on another site, BUT I see that this site is becoming a ghost town, and decided to post!

I hope everyone is doing well! I just got back from a training session in Kansas City.... i like traveling, and hate it at the same time. I have a new love affair now... RTD's... they are fabulous!

Hope to see more people posting here nowadays!

I am MADLY in love with the RTDs - sadly, they are out of my price range right now. As is just about everything else, so thankfully I have a lot of stock to work through before I have to place another order. What I have will last me a year at the rate I'm (not) sticking to plan.

Congratulations on such a great loss! You shame me - if I'd stuck with it when I started in August I could be posting some great numbers, too. Well, envy is good if it gets you moving, right?

Thanks for coming back here - we need all the souls we can get. Keep posting!

Hi there. Just wanted to check in with you and make sure you are doing okay. I've been checking here, just not posting much, so I have been watching. Hang in there and keep it up.

Yay for being obese! Only other MFers know that's a woo hoo, yay, way to go!

It sounds like you're doing awesome! Thanks for coming back and helping to liven this place up!

Thanks guys for all your kind words and support! I've been lurking... just been busy with work and everything... you know how it goes. I just passed 100 days on plan, so I'm psyched with my results. I couldn't ask for anything better... 53 lbs in 15 weeks! It's loveliness!

And finally, people are starting to notice... I think it's because I finally bought some new clothes. Was in 22 jeans and 22/24 shirts... now I'm in Right Fit size 2 jeans from Lane Bryant (which, i believe, amount to a size 16) and 14/16 or 18/20 in my tops, depending on their length. Medifast is definitely transforming me! As some of you know, my ideal size would be a size 12... i know it might seem big, but I have never seen a 12 before! That would be awesome!

I hope everyone is okay and sticking with the plan! I hope to be able to post more, I really miss posting here!

Can I get a big collective "YAY" for Medifast? Haha!

PS- Finally found out how to change my avatar after several unsuccessful tries!! Yay for that too!

That is AMAZING!!! I'm glad people are starting to notice - that can be a really nice boost when you've been working hard for so long.

Today is a day of inspiration for me, with posts about people who have stuck to the program and are reaping the rewards. Thanks for not lurking today and instead sharing your progress - it is helping me through a very tough day 1 on plan.

YAH for Medifast!! (just had to do that...LOL)

I am so happy that you have been so successful. With your determination it won't be long before you fit into those size 12 skinny jeans. Congtratulations and keep up the good work!!!
