I didn't use any splenda or anything like that yesterday, but I did use a few "fresh strips" because I had to give a presentation at work. I was scared about the possibility of bad breath.

I doubt that would have had any effect. it sounds like you just had one of those days.

I get the hungries the worst at the movies, a bar or crackers are an absolute must!

Well, I was experiencing some ravenous hunger for at least 3 days this week, too. I was in the process of moving and suspect that the increased physical activity gave my hunger a jumpstart. I increased water and hot drinks (no boullion) and even had an extra supplement on a REALLY long night....lost 3.8 pounds this week!

I think everyone is right about the hunger being a "good" sign. But ascicles you are soooo right about it being annoying!
