Question about fiber supplement

I've searched the board & haven't found an answer to this. My doctor had suggested a fiber supplement ... no need to go into any details right now. Anyhow, when I started MF, I stopped the supplement because I wasn't sure if it was "allowed." Plus, it's not like I actually NEED it.

Can anyone answer if it is allowed? It has no sugar, 16 calories, 4g carbs (that's the fiber). It's a tasty chewable tablet.

Mombarnes,

I remember Mike posted that during his weight loss stage, he used Metamucil tablets. So I got some my first trip to the store getting the other essentials such as splenda, soda, bouillion, etc. I've used them only twice in my 5 1/2 weight loss stage. Drinking water is what keeps my "clock cleaned". Also unknowingly discovered that vegetable bouillion has a ton of fiber and gets you going. ;)

Mombarnes ~

You should be fine using your product, as needed. Some people use stool softeners or the orange-flavored smooth texture Metamucil.

It gets better...drink lots of water!
