Queenieeeeee!!!! CONGRAT'S on the 30# club girl!..you are doing SUPER SUPER SUPER :-P :-P :-P...and KUDDO'S to you for finding the time and having the determination to incorporate various exercise into your daily or almost daily regiment..that's GREAT my friend!

Both of you are so sweet to think of me.

This has been a fantastic week. I'm a little hesitant to post that I've been losing a pound or a half a pound a day because I don't weigh in until tomorrow and I don't want the scale to go up. But so far this week (Saturday weigh in), I'm down 4.5 pounds. I don't know what I'm doing differently, other than I haven't had a salad as much this week for my green and last week salad was my green every day.

I just hope this sticks for tomorrow!

Thanks, Biki, T, and Hol :)

Having this board is so wonderful because it is discouraging, as all of you might know, when people don't say anything about the hard work I've been putting in to lose these 30+ pounds. You ladies make it much easier through your support and well wishes.

This morning was jog 2 of week 4 on the couch to 5k plan. It was much, much easier than Wednesday's jog. I wasn't quite floating, Hol :), but I was able to increase my speed on 3 out of the 4 jogging segments. I was really dreading having to jog this morning because last time was so hard but I knew I didn't want to have to jog this evening so after about an hour and a half I finally got on the treadmill. I'm glad it's done for the day. As the weeks progress, it really is becoming easier to see exercise as a part of my daily routine.

And Hol, I agree - this really is the best :)

I thought Curves closed at 12:30 today. So when I got there at 11:55 and the lady told me they were closing in 5 minutes, I was really sad. I'm supposed to go 3 days a week but this week I only got to go 2 days since I missed today and they're not open on Sundays. I came home and did the elliptical machine and some weights in the apartment clubhouse. Curves closes too early for me so I probably won't join after the fitness challenge is over, unless the one on the other side of town stays open longer.

I'm down 4.5 this week for my Saturday weigh-in. That's the highest one week loss I've had since the first week. Exciting stuff :)

No, I want the legs, you can't have them!!! I have chicken legs and need leg help! I also want the dress!!!
