Thanks again, T, and thanks Sue :)

The dress was $15 at the limited. I don't remember the last time I was in a limited but for some reason I went in there last week and the dress looked stretchy enough to work.

See, she's learning from her old aunt Bikipatra. Buy jersey, not only fashionable at the moment but oh so stretchy and transitional!

Old aunt? More like cute sister :) My brother is 22 years older than I am so you definitely get to be a sister, not an aunt. Besides, my aunts have no idea what BCBG is or knit jersey ;)

This morning my friend came to spoil my slide down the scale. Yep, its that TOM. So I'm just gonna be patient and work hard these next few days. Seeing Biki's cute bathing suit is the motivation I need for now. I haven't had a bathing suit since I was maybe 9 and we went on vacation to Disney World. After I saw those pictures of me in that white bathing suit looking like a big lost whale, I gave up on them. I did put one on again (it was my cousin's, not mine) when I was 21 and trying to learn how to swim but that only lasted for a couple hours since I was too scared to put my head under the water. My roommates had a good time with that one.

Thanks for the reminder, Hol! I do need to step up my water intake as I have been getting by with just the minimum for a while now. Today my goal is 4 liters. I'm off to go drink 1 liter now. Thanks again :)

Queenie, What a beautiful person you are. Your doing so good on the program and your weight losses are fantastic! Tomorrow is the end of week three for me so I plan on starting the couch to 5k program in the morning. Keep on shakin' girl!

My TOM was last week and so glad it's over. I gained weight but you don't necessarily always have to worry so much The bloat can go away in 2-3 days. I have lost 5 pounds before on a TOM week.

My TOM is today too. Girl we have too much in common. However, I only spot because I had a partial hysterectomy. I am up two pounds today so I am so hoping that is water gain. I also have had a headache all day. I am going to head upstairs soon and take a bath. Hears hoping for better tomorrow. Have a great night Queenie.

Thanks Donna for the compliment! I'm excited to hear how your couch to 5k journey goes. I start my fifth week on Wednesday. This week ends with a 20 minute jog. I'm saying to myself yeah, right! But it just might happen.

I'm hoping Biki's words will become my reality this week and I'll lose 5 pounds :) If not, I just hope to stay on plan and drink lots of water.

You're right, Suz, we have a lot in common! I need to get a bike so I can go for some rides. I miss riding my bike through the country like I used to do at home. Any suggestions on the type of bike to buy? I got discouraged the last time I went bike looking because of the steep prices on lots of the bikes.

Today I had to double up on jogging and on Curves since I missed Curves on Saturday. I'm feeling really good and I love making time in my day to workout.

I won't be jogging but thanks for the inspiration. Ever since my depression hit I have been sticking to a mile a day. I lost 4.5 pounds only walking a mile the day before, but like Lauren says, it's a result of many days of eating and exercise. I think about all those days I walked two miles or more and lost NOTHING. I think in the end, those count for something. We just have to wait for our reward. Patience.

Hi Queenie - here is the link to the Body for Life website. You can also buy their book - or better yet - maybe the library would have it. The workouts are great.
