I placed my MF order this morning. Although I wont be starting for close to a month. I leave for vacation in about 2 weeks and I will be gone for 2 weeks.

But its not like I plan on going on a crazy eating binge in the meantime. Although its tempting, why would I want to make this harder on myself. I plan to over the next few weeks, eat healthy and learn to eat leaner and smaller portions.

Then once I am back home, I will get this weight off!
Will be starting MF July 11, 2006

Welcome Twinkle! You are VERY wise to wait until after vacation to start medifast. Read up and get familiar with the program while you wait for vacation...then go and have a WONDERFUL TIME...then come back to us :)
