newbie waiting for her order to arrive

Tried everything to loose wieght and they only work for a short time, and then my body pops back to a set point. At 43, I have found that I have a lot of hormone issues which have really played part.

I figure that cutting the calories way back and getting all the benefits of a well balanced meal plan will be the only thing that works. I can not figure it out any more counting points, carbs vs. protein, and calories!

So, hello and I hope to report some results soon. :D

But ... you will most certainly "pop back" if you don't make a permanent change while on the program. If you lose the weight and go back to eating the way you did before, you WILL gain the weight back.

Hey there, I'm sure you'll do great! I'm on day 2, and so far I'm very impressed with the program. It's easy not having to think about what to eat. Be sure to keep us posted on how things go :D

I got my package today and I am going Live tomorrow!

I got so many products with my four week variety package - it wont be all shakes, but soups, bars, hot drinks, oatmeals and pudding.

The next three days will, probably, be your most difficult. Remain compliant, drink the necessary amount of water, and divert your attention away from food. It's a mindset~

Day two going very well without any hunger

With some suprise I haven't really had any hunger...I have been having loads of water and only now before my L&G meal for dinner my stomach is rumbling, but I don't think it is hunger as much as the 70 ozs of water that I have already consumed.

I am very eager to kick over into ketosis and think I know what the signs will be; metal mouth taste or breath odor, energy, and lack of hunger?

If I can sail through my DAY THREE tomorrow then I feel like I am really on MF!
