Hi everyone,
I just ordered medifast and am anxious to get started!
I found out about medifast just recently! My good friend is Corrie Hannah and I had just gotten an email from her mother last week. She sent a link to medifast and the story of how Corrie had lost 89lbs in 6 months on the plan. Corrie is now a medifast model and she is on the official medifast website. I hadn't seen Corrie in over a year and was just shocked at how much she had lost!! She is absolutely beautiful and I'm so thrilled for her. As soon as I saw her, I went and ordered a sample pack!
I would like to lose about 30lbs on medifast. I was a little worried about the taste of the products as I did nutrisytem last year and got really tired of the food. So far I have tasted the Dutch chocolate, french vanilla shake, and a carmel nut bar and I have to say that they were all delicious! I'm so relieved!!! I've done Body For Life (which I plan to do again after I lose the lbs) and several other high protein plans and always really disliked protein shakes but medifast's shakes taste so good!
I'm going to wait to officially start medifast until April 24th as we are going away to Texas for 10 days and I don't want to set myself up to fail right away. I'll try to eat well while I'm gone but I honestly can't wait to get back and get started!! I'm very glad to have found this forum and look forward to the support and the opportunity to help others!

Like you, I plan on going back to BFL after I hit my goal weight, but Medifast is (in my opinion) the quickest, easiest & safest way to lose a great deal of fat in a short period of time!
Congratulations on making the decision to take control of your weight & start Medifast after your trip - I'm sure you'll have great success on Medifast!

Like you, I tried Nutrisystem last year, and I found it to be a no-no for me, too. I just started Medifast, and just the energy alone that you get on this program, is well worth all effort! It is good that you found some MF samples that you really like. It really is a wonderful program.
And, the support you will receive here, is unbelievable, everyone is just wonderful. Have a great trip and good luck with your MF program!

Hi all,
Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm back from Texas and started medifast today. Hopefully, the weight will start falling off now as I gained a pound and a half while in TX...too much mexican food!

to our super fun group! Lot's of INSPIRATION here!
I started MF just -oh my- 3 weeks ago and it's FABULOUS! I found an ad on a website after doing a lot of research on WHAT i wanted to do, I looked at Nutrisystems, Slimfast, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc... and I new I did a DRASTIC change, but also something I could live with.
So far so good!
