Newbie Seeking Guidance

Postby FitQueen » June 17th, 2005, 9:57 pm

I just placed my initial order through the Medifast official website. I spent approximately $290.00.

I did not want to order the Starter Kit because I HATE oatmeal. So I chose to design my own plan.

I wished I would have reviewed your posts before placing my order. I could have saved $80.00.

Does anyone have any suggests about placing my next order?

Yes! I do have advice for yor next order---Call Nancy! She'll even tell you all about the products & answer *every* single question you have. Then you'll get your own Health Advisor assigned to you who will help you from then on!

I did the exact same thing as you've done... I ordered from the corporate site before I found this wonderful site.

I've done my first two weeks & am down 10.2 lbs! This really works!

Who is Nancy? Is the woman shown in the picture above? How can I contact her?

How long does it take to receive your first order?

Nancy is a Certified Health Advisor. Her phone # is at the top of the page of this forum which by the way is hers. If you go to makemethinner.com you will read all about Nancy & her husband Terry. She is a wonderful lady. You should call her & sign up to have her be your Health Advisor. You will be glad you did.

Good Evening, FitQueen ~

Welcome to you! We're glad that you have joined us and that you will soon be shaking it up right along with us.

Medifast likes it when people have a Health Advisor to answer their questions and to help them along with their meal plan and the transition and maintenance programs. We'll see that you find the help you need.

Thank you all for your replies.

Yesterday, I received my order and am beginning today, June 23, 2005.

I am looking forward to looking and feeling better.

I have to pace myself and not attempt to read all the posts. There is such a wealth of information and tips on this website.

I could not find the Magic Bullet at Walmart so I ended up purchasing a portable blender for work. I am in Northern GA (yes, I defected from NJ last year). If anyone knows where I can purchase the Magic Bullet let me know. For now, I will use my current blender and the shaker that came with my order.

Let the journey begin.

Sincerely,

Ruth aka FitQueen

I have a Magic Bullet and just did a search on the internet to find it. Can't remember exactly where I bought it from, but you can compare prices this way. Hope this helps!

Also, Amazon.com has them (and it should be free shipping/no tax)
