Hello everyone wanted to say hi and tell you I started today 4-4-06.
I have already met some people on here and hope to keep emails going to keep our sprits up.
I have a lot to lose so am taking it day by day....
Today I have done really well with drinking my water. Thats a hard one for me..!! so i did good..

I just saw some where on here and wanted to clear this up if anyone knows please email me.. at <snip>no emails please - Mr. Snippy</snip>
i saw it said you have to have at least 3 shakes a day.. is that right or not??
i didnt really see that any where else. I thought as long as i was having 5 things a day it didnt matter what 5 except for the bars only one of those a day..
So if any one reads this and knows please let me no. I certainly do want to do this right and make it work.
I am excited about it..

YOU FOUND US!!
The 3 shakes a day is an old rule, you can have any combination of any of the meals limited to 1 bar a day!! Glad to see you. Just FYI your email address will be snipped from your post. Mostly to protect you from spam.

Hi Terri,
You are off to a great start!!! Drinking your water is very very important. In fact not enought can cause your weight loss to slooooow :x You are right -- you may have any 5 products each day but only one bar. Read and re-read the Quick Start Booklet. A good rule is "if it's not in the booklet it doesn't go in your mouth" Keep posting. The forum members will take great care of you and help you along your way. I'll be watching!! :D
