Hello, My name is Tami and I just ordered my starter Kit for this program!! I wanted to say what a great forum this is! its very motivating and inspiring!! when I called to place my order, I beleive I spoke to Terry, who just happened to be at a luncheon when I called! despite being intrupted by me..he was polite and very informative about the program, was more than kind!! so its done...ordered...and I will wait anxiously for my kit to arrive!! I have been overweight and stuggling my whole life...gained and lost..yo yoed one too many times! I came across this site and got a feeling in my gut that this is the answer for me!! and after reading some of the forum, and speaking to Terry, I have a feeling that THIS IS GOING TO WORK FOR ME!!! im 32 y/o and I need to loose about 45 pounds...its been a long struggle of gaining and loosing. Im single and I live as if Im 90 years old! IM just trapped underneath this fat!! this is MY WAY OUT!! I will write often and read the forum for support!!
looking forward to the start of a new ME!!

Welcome, welcome Tami,
I too have been the queen of yo-yo dieting over the years and felt that "ah hah" feeling when I learned about Medifast. This is such a great forum for support. You can post your concerns and weak moments without fear of judgement. Seeing how others have gotten through the same things really helps. Glad you are here. Jade
