Medifast Eggs vs. Eggbeaters

Postby ChynnaDoll » May 10th, 2007, 10:11 am

What's the difference? They both seem to have similarity as far as nutritional value goes. Just wondering!

Hey Chynna ~ I haven't actually compare their nutritional lists, but the MF eggs are Medi-fortified like all of our other supplements. I think, though, that their main difference has to do with how we use them. The MF eggs are just like any other supplement in your 5/1 day (you can have as many of them per day as you'd like), while the Eggbeaters can only be used once a day as the "lean" part of the L&G. The MF eggs can also be used in combination with other supplements for things like pancakes and cookies...there are recipes in the Lean Cuisine forum, if you haven't seen them.
