You may have two eggs as the protein part of your L&G. My understanding is that we limit our egg intake to 3 per week (for cholesterol issues I take it). I don't really use cheese so I am not sure about those allowances.

Fat-free or low-fat cheese is allowed, but it would count toward your lean as well. So you can't have, say, two eggs AND cheese, but you can have one egg and half a portion of cheese (or I use Egg Beaters because you can have quite a bit).

I believe the amounts are all in the Quick Start guide, or you can also find them posted here or on the Medifast or Take Shape for Life sites.

Thanks Dogma, I think I'll have an egg today with a bit of cheese. I'll go to the store and get some egg beaters later on for the next time. Thanks to everyone. Everyone have a Wonderful MF day!!!
