Your family is so fortunate (I'm thinking in particular of the motherly advice you gave Bren). Glad to hear the sickness is gone from your home and that you're back at your goal weight. Thanks alot, TEE. I have been quite AWOL lately, but I am always encouraged when I see my MF cohorts plugging right along on the most important journey of our lives.
I've been keeping up with my daily home exercise in spite of not being able to get to the Y.

How did your rehearsal go, my CHI? I wonder if people realize how much work and energy goes into a production like that!

HEY, it's snowing here today so it's inside for us today.
Stay safe, y'all!
Still maintaining, but fluctuating up and down some. Long as I stay aware and committed to health/weight savvy, I'll be fine.
A NSV yesterday at the grocery store....met a friend after a long time and she didn't recognize me at first because of my weight loss.
That was encouraging.

We are getting snow dumped on us today too. 3 inches and counting! They are still forcasting up to a foot by tomorrow.

Thank you for mentioning that even you are fluctuating a little with your weight. I am sure it is only a couple pounds here and there, but it is encouraging to know that even the more "seasoned" maintainers still have to watch.

Well, our snow didn't last very long, and it has all melted off now. So you take care.
Yes, even we "seasoned" ones have to be even more careful, because we have more choices to make and they aren't always the best ones, much as we try.
At times, we have to pull ourselves back to reality and remember that life now is so much more wonderful than before.
So look at you---half way to goal! You have done fantastic, country girl. I bow to you... YAY!
