Hey everybody! Well, I’m not sure if anyone besides Dede and Sharon have noticed, but it’s been 23 days since I’ve been gone from the forum and I figured it’s about time to get back on the bandwagon. To make a very long story short, I’ve been dealing with a whole lot in my personal life and I was just down and couldn’t come to the forum to post. At first I almost totally abandoned the program but then I figured I was doing so well that I didn’t want to mess that up with everything else that was falling apart too.
So the bad news is that I wasn’t strictly compliant for the first 2.5 weeks but the good news is that I was compliant enough not to gain or lose any weight. I stayed at the same exact weight. Last week was a real rough week for me and I completely fell off the wagon for two days and let’s just say that somehow Cold Stone Creamery, KFC, and a very unhealthy meal and dessert at the Elephant Bar snuck it’s way into my mouth. I was appalled when the scale went up 3.5 lbs so this past Monday I got back to 100% compliancy and was able to lose the 3.5 + another 3.5 lbs so now I’m back in “losing” mode. I’m 3.1 lbs away from the 50 lbs club and I’m gonna do this!
I now have a new motivator to try to distract me from other things going on in my life. My sisters are going to meet in Las Vegas in exactly 8 weeks and I would like the trip to serve as a reward to doing well on MF. Having said that, I am going to try to lose 30 lbs (or as close as I can get to it) by then.
I’ve really missed everyone and I have a lot to catch up on but I just wanted folks to know that I’m still alive, still MF’ing, and I missed the family. I’ll be seein’ ya around…peace, kim
P.S. I'm so thankful for Dede and SharonR...they've been so good in worrying about me, even though I haven't been much a friend back to the 2 of them lately.

I noticed you were gone but I figured you were on vacation like everyone else...sorry I didn't catch on and I hope things are getting better. It will be nice to see your post again

Well I noticed you were missing also. But since I know DeDe I knew she was checking on you. Welcome Back ... that trip to Las Vegas will be great motivation to get you going. You'll have a lot of fun. Happy to see you back and posting. The forum members will be right here to help you meet your goal.
