Hey boys and girls,

Well....after only a year or so, we're finally ready to get going with a MMT chat nite/day.

The question is, when will we have it? Course, we can't please everyone, so we're setting up a poll to see what the general concensus is.

Please place your vote on the poll, and post any questions/comments you may have.

Our chat platform is LiveMeeting. You'll have to download a small program to join in the fun. It has video/audio and text feature, as well as a few other features we'll be playing with.
(You'll be able to see "her Leopardness" in the flesh)

The platform is supposed to be able to stream to even our dial-up users, but high-speed internet is suggested to view the video stream.

Once we get the meetings going, try to be patient until we get the bugs out, and everything running smoothly.

Have you considered a revolving chat time? If you were to do one every week say one week do a day chat and the following week do an evening one?

I know you can't please everyone but maybe offering two different times even if only once a month would give more people a chance to participate.

just my thoughts, either way I am eagerly awaiting this feature!

If it's on weeknights ... I work nights, but I'm off Tuesdays and Wednesdays right now. So if you have it on a weeknight, can I please request that it be one of those two nights?

To those people having probs loading.
Try this:

Re-open the link.

Look at the top under your toolbar where you should see a light yellow bar. click on that.

A dropdown menu will appear. Click on- Install ActiveX Control

The screen will blink. No worries..now...that same window will pop up and say unknown publisher--click OK.

Read the page and where you see the colored text that sais "CLICK HERE" to manually install this program..do that.

When the File Download window pops up..click on SAVE

A new window will pop up at the top you will see "save in" and a file name...choose where you want to save the program ..usually it goes automatically to "MY DOCUMENTS" but you can choose where it goes..when I was first learning I sent everything to my desktop..lol

I hope this helps someone and that it was clear. I tend to ramble at times.

PS I think tho we can download the program and install it..the "admin" has to be there or activate something for us to be able to register and actually go in.??
