Lean Portions

Hi - couldn't find this answer in a search or in my MF book - do you weigh your lean portion before or after you cook it? For example, with shrimp I've found it makes a big difference which you do - cooked shrimp shrinks up and 7oz is practically a whole bag! Maybe I shouldn't ask this question and I can pick and choose which way to do it based on the substance.... :lol:

Its cooked weight. Also.. you can also get the new Quick Start Guide and other info on meatless options through the website under Your Support Center and then Tools and Resources

Thanks, Mike. Should have just asked you directly - maybe someone else will benefit from the question, though. I just hate to bother you over and over. :)
