Lara, 650-800 calories seems a little bit low to me, especially if you're walking/jogging 3 miles. I usually had between 800-1100 calories on a typical day and sometimes it went as high as 1200 if I had salmon as my Lean. Don't be afraid to have all of your L&G meal. It could make a big difference.

Yeah, that's what I thought about the calories too. Yesterday I did up my calories to almost 1000 and then this morning still showed a loss of 0.6 over night. I think I must just be consistently miscalculating my L/G and could afford a bar during the day. Anyway, thanks for the reminders. Today I won't be doing any jogging since it's rainy here; maybe my Walk Off the Pounds DVD.
Biki, are you feeling better?

I really am. I took my meds this morning and it is like night and day. No anxiety, no pressure. I guess you might even say I feel happy today. Who would have thunk it?
