Just checking in to see how you're doing!

Regarding your last post...Wanting kids and wanting to be healthy enough to conceive and run after kids is the greatest goal ever! What could taste better than that?

YAY on a compliant weekend! You're doing so awesome!

I stopped having my cycle when I gained my weight. I really wasn't that concerned, since I was half-crazy and still drinking. When I finally went to the OB/GYN about it he was able to give me a shot that jump started me and they started again. I hope it can be that simple. My sister had the same problem. Congrats on the exercise and increasing incrementally in a healthy and sane way!

Hey Kelly, Just wanted to stop by and see how things are going for you. Congratulations on a great, compliant weekend!! It looks like you have all the right motivation to keep you going. Keep it up and remember everything about babies when you get down and want to cheat.

Blessings,
Brenda

Rough day today.. work was hectic, so I was thrown off schedule all day, plus Jeremy and I started a fight in email that just continued when we got home, which of course is a big trigger for me. A block of hard cheese in the fridge was my Everest today.

I nearly succumbed (it's just one day! it'll help you forget the fight! how much can just 1/2 hour of binging really throw you off?) but, I managed to fight through it... I had a diet pepsi and crunched some ice instead.

Crisis averted, steady on course. :)

I hope your frustrations with your other half smooth over soon. Remember, don't sweat the small stuff..... and it is allllll small stuff.

you've already won! You got past an emotional trigger! WTG! Disagreements will always arise and it is a disagreement between you and Jeremy, not you and food. You may give in to Jeremy, but NOT FOOD! :)

My first successful 6-0 yesterday as well, including 5litres of water.

I really missed the L&G, but I think that will go away. I plan on having an L&G once a week, Jeremy and I have lunch out every Saturday, so I will have my L&G then.

I am ready for summer! I don't like winter much, but this year, wow, I am really antsy for spring and summer.

Wow! I only did a 6-0 a few times. Usually to kick start myself or because of being busy. I hope it goes well for you.

hi kelly! just wanted to say WTG on the 6-0. I find that i have been doing it a couple of days per week, not necessarily on purpose. Time has been limited and sometimes its more convenient for me. Can i ask, what made you switch? (I hope you didn't already answer this somewhere).

nevermind (i think)...i believe your reasoning was to limit possible cheats (extra dressing, etc.) is that correct?
