Well, I got through another Wednesday night wing night successfully. Now I just need to get through tonight! Its suppose to be busier tonight because we have a bunch of frat boys coming for wings at 9:00 p.m. I'm going to take my soy crisps with me in case I get the munchies, which I'm sure I will.

The scale has moved a TINY bit, but hope to see something better on Sunday...at least to the 10# mark.....I guess I feel like the rest of you...I want to see that scale move....I have no patience!

Hey Kelli~ You know that commercial where they show people eat a donut and then you see the donut attached to their butt? Well, just imagine little miss popcorn princess with the popcorn on her butt.....even better.....imagine what it would look like all lumped up under her skin.. YUCK! :devious: That should take care of wanting to eat popcorn for a while (at least a few minutes I hope!)

Well I got through Thursday night at the bar without picking. I had a shake before I went and after I got there I had a grilled chicken salad. No picking...had my eye on some chips so I grabbed the bag of soy crisps I brought...didn't even eat the whole bag, just needed a taste of salt. I've been getting in at least 100 oz of water, but I'm feeling blah right now. I think its pre TOM and I always feel bloated and just blah...the water doesn't take care of that unfortunately. Plus, I'm having the same problem as QT, so I know how she's feeling.

Today and tonight should be uneventful. Working Saturday night serving prime rib, but for some reason that night is never a problem...hm.

Kelli~ Wow! You made it through another challenging night at work. I'm very proud of you. I would find it very difficult to work around food. Cooking supper for my family is sometimes hard enough.

You're doing great!

I am such a bad wife. I have stopped cooking dinner for my husband. I told him it was too much for me and I am a cook who likes to taste as I go along. He doesn't seem to mind. He is a vegetarian so he mostly eats vegetables, legumes, and grains. He just tosses them together and has a salad and he is fine.

Hi Donica...I'm here, don't worry! I don't have a computer to use over on weekends because my daughter went back to college (plus, I could never post anything with her's anyways, it always came up "invalid session") and my puter is in the shop. I was very compliant all weekend...they have been actually easier than the weekdays and am down 4 more pounds. I'm still in kind of a "funk." More or less my husband has been suffering because of that.

Hope things are going better for you...I'm going to go check out your journal now.

Hi Kelli~ I know what you mean about the funk. It's hard to explain.....I am beginning to think I am coming out of it. I hope you are too. I'm sure your DH hopes so also. ;)

Do you have a busy week planned?

BTW, good job on 4# down. That is awesome. I love big losses like that. It just makes you want to jump up and say :whoohoo:

Awesome Job

The only times I usually feel really weak are when (one time) my husband cooks something that smells good and in the middle of the night when I am drugged with Ambien and very loopy.
