Howdy . . . and hello

Postby fejb » January 7th, 2006, 9:11 am

Just wanted to post an introduction, have been lurking since my dw started in November. Seeing her amazing results, I decided to jump on the bandwagon too. Can't wait to be part of this supportive forum.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Day 4 was the hardest for me, but it wasn't tough in that I was more just hungry all day long but survived thanks to a packet of crackers and and extra shake. J had a rough time day 2 and 3 like typical, with massive headaches and just sick and miserable and absolutely exhausted and I'm glad she didn't listen to me when I tried to encourage her to quit because I didn't want her suffering that much the whole time. (Day 4 when she woke up at 3:30 am full of energy I realized she knew what she was doing.)

Nancy, she's lost 34 pounds as of this morning and found herself in ONEderland and says she's never leaving again.

Awesome news! You survived!

Never worry about having an extra shake -if you are ever hungry, Peeps, slug down a shake - it will not get you out of the fat-burning state but a handful of burgers and fries will.

Once the  first few days are over, it's a :burnout: breeze.

 Why anyone would wanna go thru the first few days over and over again is beyond me. Like do it, get thru them and if you're wise, you never have to re-experience it again for the rest of your days.

Proud of ya, Sir!
