this is the time of year that i got into trouble 2 years ago. i won a jar of tootsie rolls and gained 20#s by xmas. now here i am again...all the halloween candy is around and calling my name. this is the hard part of dieting. let's see if i can make it through xmas without putting the weight back on. i'm going to need lots of encouragement and hand slapping for the next 2 months.
