I've seen both the WonderSlim (which some said tasted better) and the NEW LIFESTYLE DIET products echo Medifast and i was wondering if anyone had tried them and can give a comparison or is there something to watch out for in these? I see that they both have more variety than Medifast and that they are slightly CHEAPER also...so forgive me if i'm playing the traitor but i want to be educated on all of these types of bariatric diets......

Other diets may or may not work, may or may not taste better to some people, but we know when you follow the "Take Shape for Life" plan using Medifast products, it works...
