It definitely does taste like sour cream - and if I want that flavor, I eat it as is. But if I want it sweet like yogurt, I add a splenda or a teaspoon or two of a Walden Farms jam.

But, hey, everyone's stomaches, er, perform differently, just thought I'd throw out another option!

Cheers!

I just got back from Yankee Candle. There is nothing better than lighting a fresh new candle and relaxing with the sound of rain in the background. I like their fresh scents the best- I bought Egyptian Cotton, Clean Cotton, and Country Linen. They were also having a sale on their room sprays. One spritz can last hours, even days.

I also went to Bath & Body to try their new Instant Aromatherapy roll on thingies. They have different ones- I bought the Stress Relief and Sound Sleep.

I have a candle at my desk here at work. It's baby powder scent and it reminds me of my grandbabies. I don't even burn it, I just like the smell.

It really bothers me that while most of this forum has moved on and tried to start more positive conversations, some people continue to dwell on the past week. It saddens me to think these people are so attention-starved that there is nothing else going on in their lives to worry about.

I hope people like H move on and take their complaints off the forum. That kind of behavior just doesn't belong here. It is inappropriate for this forum and extremely childish. If I spent every waking moment stalking people and waiting for a tiny slip-up or something I might find offensive, I would never sleep at night.

Lucky for me, I am young, have a wonderful and beautiful family, a high-paying job I worked my ass off for, and lots of friends. I don't have to obsess about everyone else because I have a life. I am truly sad for those who do not.

I do not want my name mentioned anymore regarding this issue. I know who my friends are on this forum. If you are not one, then stay out of my business and find someone else to complain about.

By the way, I would have handled this via PM as Mike suggested, but since H decided to keep it public and talk about me in her posts, I must lower myself to do the same.

I used to have a candle at work (YES, i would burn mine). Then one day, the buildings & grounds director came in and told me that it was a fire hazard. OH, SURE, mess up the aromatherapy thing that I HAD going on! So now, i'm stuck with the little "plug-in" kind of stuff.

Dang fire marshalls. They come around to our classrooms and say we can't use powerstrips. How the heck are you supposed to plug 40 computers into the 2 outlets that they provide (just kidding).

Anyhow, they can be a bit overzealous. I'm with ya on the gripe Erica. ;)

Hey Beth,

I'm easily influenced to purchase things I probably never really needed. In that spirit, I bought a candle today after reading about how much you enjoyed yours. I got one that was on sale from Yankee but it's a clean scent. Can't remember the name. I'll think of you and Jo and Erica as it burns (well, maybe not since I only burn them during "special" times, so I wouldn't necessarily want to think about you lovely ladies then but I think you get my sentiments) :)

I am sorry if I missed any of my buddies with Valentines. Miss Merry Mary sent one to everyone and now I can't find anyone's journals.

So if I missed you, here is a Medifast Cookie Cake for you!

Exactly which MF ingredients went into the making of that cake? I wanna make one! Oh, heck, I don't want to make one, I want to EAT one!

Happy V Day!

Um, I used about 20 packets of MF oatmeal and 10 packets of MF chocolate shake!

Thanks, Beth. You do realize I was kidding, right? Although we do have some creative cooks here, anything is possible...

Of course I do!

I was just trying to be politically correct in case the cake actually triggered someone here to cheat.
