Thank you all so much for the nice comments! I do feel like a new woman!

I have been a little off-plan for a few days. I guess that knowing I will be on a cruise and eating on Saturday, I have been a little lax. But I have not been gorging by any means. I am still the same weight!

My next goal is 130 for Myrtle Beach on September 9th. But first let me get through the next week in Bermuda with no weight gain!

How depressing. I was 154 on July 1st and that is what I am now. Maybe if I stopped the friggin' cheating I would have been in the 130's by now.
