Yes I saw it and thank you for checking on me. Things are still chugging along for me. While I have not been following the Quick Start book to the letter I have not eaten off program. I was doing a 4&1 after checking with my doctor only, but have not eaten anything off program. I am back to a 5&1 today as I am incorporating walking into the picture I only was doing the 4&1 cause I was never hungry!

I do have to go to the doctor this week to get my medications for my bipolar adjusted as I have lost about 40lbs since my last visit and they need to be adjusted badly! It has been a really emotional time but by God's grace I have made it through without off program foods.

I will admit that I decided in myself that I would have a day where I had something off program but today realized that while that is fine for some, it is not for me personally. Just the thought of it has given me cravings that are really unbelievable so I know that I am not ready to go down that road.

I love all you guys and think you are the best.

Oh Lisa, here's a big hug for you. :hug:

I am also at the 50# club mark and have never felt the desire to cheat until yesterday. I know how you are feeling, because that was just awful to get through. I didn't even have any particular cravings, I just almost decided to eat off program. Today is a little better, so I hope it is for you too.

Linda thank you so much. It is starting to get better. This morning I wanted the garlic bread on top of the fridge, then I wanted the spaghetti in the fridge, so I went to the fridge and read some of the inspirational things I have found here and printed out which include some prayers, then I went to the pantry and wanted the cheetos in the pantry, so some more prayers and talking to a dear friend that I found here got me through and things are going better now.

You and I can both do this!

Lisa, step away from the carbs!!!! It sounds like you've definitely been doing the right thing by not cheating all this time.
