Ok, today is my big re-start. I picked a really hard time of the year with birthdays, holidays, etc but I can't keep eating the way I have been. And I am sure the gallon of Pepsi every day did not help either.

I went out last night with my mom and we spent about $500 on pants with elastic waistbands since nothing fits me right now. I made sure I got cute stuff that I could continue to wear even when I lose some weight.

Also, my plantar fasciitis is back. Can it be from a weight gain? All I know is that my feet are constantly in pain. I bought these Nike Shox sneakers last night and they have to be the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn.

Ok, off to watch some more episodes of House (my new favorite, along with Grey's)
