Hey, isn't the body mostly water anyway??

Good job for your first week. Didn't you say your wife was also doing MF? How is she doing?
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

shes doing good she lost 4lbs her first week. she is one that has always drank LARGE amounts of water to begin with.
Our friend Tony started with us he lost 16lbs his first week
Started Medifast June 11,2007
