Weigh In

Postby BSmith » February 27th, 2005, 1:46 pm

Is this the forum area to weigh in together at? If so, I just started yesterday...
5' 48y.o.
High weight = 155
Current weight = 154
Goal: 129
Have been unsuccessful at loosing any wieght since I hit 40, love chocolate and sweets. My weight has continued to climb gradually for the past 8 years. Hoping this program will work for me.
Blessings, CAGirl

Another CA girl, welcome!

Wander around the forums; you will find lots of advice and support and information. This is a good place to find a friend to help you through one of those "now why am I doing this again?" sorts of days.

There is a forum called "Roll Call." Every Sunday, those who care to share (and be accountable) check in to report their scale changes from the previous week. We'll be looking for you there next Sunday to see how your week has been.

How do you add those nifty wieght loss tickers? I went to the site and set one up, and copied the url address and pasted it into the URL area of my profile. Guess I did it wrong because it told that the url location was empty. ???????

You want to put it into the box for the signature. Then be sure to click on "submit" at the bottom of the page, and you should be good to go.
