Okay... I am back...back OP and all is well , sort of. I saw the doctor and gave her a problem thinking I am in menopause, I turn 43 next week and it fits....but NOOOOOOOO

I am fat, morbidly obese, did I mention she thinks Medifast is better than WW, for the really overweight, I have never met a doc who actually approved and preferred the program.

Anyhow, I have had problems for years with eyesight, it changes too often and have had multiple glucose tests to see if that were the problem. Seems the eyesight, foggy brain, hair falling out, no period 7 months, and all the other crus is a lovely by product of my weight and a "insulin abnormality"...k not understanding what abnormality means, her grandmother is dying and she will be outof office a week. At the end of the day, ALL my tests came back out of wack...tetosterone (sp), who knew I thought that was huubys department. Anyhow, heres what I think...if you are insured, go to doc have him/her check all these different blood hormone levels. I had no clue. She said if I were on another program she would have suggested Medifast as weight lose will be harder, trying to keep all the levels right.

Again...who knew.

Did manage to escape that bullet, they wanted him NOWWWWWW, and he said sorry. BUT, there may be a position in Atlanta....heheheheheh HELLO OWTO....I could spy and give the low down on Mr Smells good
he also tossed his ap into the ring at a Christian Private school in Knoxville, and yes, kids going for free is a perk :)

One thing I took back from Jamaica....

No Problem, in Jamaica they say no problem, because there are no problems, only "situations" and situations can be fixed. So if a man is out at the bar, into his rum, he will say I need to get home before I have a situation with my wife. I liked the way of thinking...no problem he will find a better job with mo money and more importantly a position he likes better.

Over 15,000 physicians have used Medifast with their patients to get them healthier. Many more are coming on board (and alot of them are joining as Health Coaches).

The levels will normalize utilizing the program. One thing you might talk with your Dr. about is using the Women's Health Shake, if indeed you are premenopausal.

Hope you have a great day.

I have new adventure coming up....

I have decided to take my 3 kids and travel to Oregon this summer. We will leave the 23rd or so of June, drive to Portland Oregon...via St louis Arch, Mt Rushmore, Glacier Natl' Park, return via San Fransisco, gotta see Lumbard again and the Presidio and the Golden Gate, down to Tulare CA where my mom is buried, through CA and on to Grand Canyon.

All in a rental car, on 400 for the month unlimited miles....

Now it is my absolute intention to stay OP, with the exception of a trip through the DT at In and Out...why because I have not been in 15 years and I LOVE IN and OUT...I will bypass the Winchells and maybe just maybe a John Wayne special in Redondo Beach at Joe's, again been over 15 years and my favorite thing.

now my best bud had 6 kids, and we are 2 peas in a pod...he hubby is VERY overweight and she is well into 200 range as well. The idea is, she will do most things I set her up to do, so i plan on being a MF fool and bring extra food for her to 'just try' for 1 week, we all know they will be hooked. I really want to see her and hubby healthy, because I want them around another 40 years.

I will do RTD's on the way down, and probably have a bag of MF approved veggies to snack on on the drive, I ALWAYS snack on long drives...not sure how RTD's do in a cooler of ice, we will have to investigate.

I am very excited....

Sneaky  , I know...but hey we must promote the shake.

First off, ya gotta let us know when you are in the SF area. We live near there... about 25 miles from SF. We could all meet for a Lean and Green.

The RTD's in the cooler with ice is a great idea. We've done that alot... the only thing to add is that they do best if you put them in big gallon ziplocks in the ice (they tend to get waterlogged on long trips in water). We've done MF on the road alot... it can be done.

Have a great trip and keep us posted.

That would be great... I will be traveling with 3 kids and a crazy Dachshund...and on the way back a puppy...MENTAL! We will definately lean and green. I lived in Marin for a spell so I am pretty familiar, but I think it would be alot of fun. I am planning on contacting some doggy day cares along the way so the dogs can be cared for while we sightsee. I thinkwe will stay 2 days in SF and take it all in. Darn I smell the food...
