Oh yow! I saw you mention this in the weigh in thread and checked to see if you were serious. I'm glad you made it through okay.

They really send you home next day now? I had mine out in the 80s, and I think I stayed nearly a week!

How is the recovery going 180? When is your new start date with all this appendix business? I might have to start my 180 over again with you after the last two days....

Be cautious - ya won't be happy if you make yourself sick or delay recovery of the appendectomy by starting this. Keeping an eye on ya and rooting for you when you do start. It will be fun to see you skipping along.

So completely blew the quotes I was trying to add to my journal...ish!

Another colpletely off topic topic. Movies, I like the usually "chick flicks" Pretty Woman , Steel Magnolias , some comedy, old comedy like Stripes, almost everything Robin Williams ever did. That being said in my top five favorite films is one that is so absolutely violent, I was in shock the first time I saw it. The Departed. I highly reccommend the film, and NO ONE under 18 should see it. It won The Academy Award for Best Pic when it came out, has a large cast, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg, Leonardo Di Caprio, Alec Baldwin and Jack Nicholson.... anyhow check it out, but it is really violent.

Okay...who started this whole flossing thing anyhow?????

I went to the dentist for a clean...OHHH NOOOO, I have to go back and get a deep clean where they numb you first, have a broken tooth and cavity :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x

We decided as a family to take 15 mins line up at the sink and everyone floss and brush, we use a timer and it is helping. Noah has major dental surgery this Friday, so starting Monday we are planning to do 30 days straight to make a habit for me and my kids....

Okay...who started this whole flossing thing anyhow?????

I have to agree with you on "The Departed" it is definitely in my top 5. I didn't get a chance to see it in the theaters, but I netflixed the first day it was available and I watched it two times in a row! My husband came home from work and I watched it again, then we went and bought it and watched the next day. Everything in that movie is so incredibly well done and well executed (no pun intended).

Katie..

Violent, but not sexual...it's like a modern day Godfather...it is a MUST see really. Tha acting is SOOO well done. Language skills are really over the top, really no kids allowed, but you will be glad you saw it....

Not telling anymore, you just have to watch....

Speaking of Departed, my son had his surgery yesterday, they ended up removig 8 teeth, all molars...POOR GUY!!!!! but this goes to our whole floss topic, they removed teeth that did not have cavities, because his jaw bone was becoming infected...really people, the floss thing, it matters, i never realized how much.

Ok so I am not going to watch the departed. HAHAHA. I do not like violent or sex movies...... Scares the crap out of me. I am the type of person tha turns the tv right when something happens. LOL. I am a comedy and romance kind of girl.

Seriously no sex...it's a mob movie so too speak, actually a cop movie, but it's the relationships between the characters that is so well done. I am with you, I usually do not do violent anything, which is why I was so surprised how much I like the movie.

Okay really it's about a dentist who goes on a killing spree bcause the patients would not floss!
