Thank you everyone! I am glad I can inspire, I am glad I can feel so great too! More than anything I want everyone to know that you too can do it. Just work the program. 4.1 lbs/week is amazing and I hadn't calculated it in a while. I keep feeling like it is slowing down (and it is), but then I have made it so far and the losses at 3 lbs a week now are still incredible.

Pictures are available in the studio from a month or two ago, but new pictures are planned for either this weekend or next weekend.

I just realized that with this accomplishment of 219.6, I am officially overweight and not obese! BMI of 29.8, barely under the 30 obese mark!

That is great. I felt so good when I was just "obese" and not "morbidly obese."

I know that feeling too. I was amazed when I went from morbidly obese to obese.
