Can I please be placed in the 180 lb club? I as of today was at 219.6 putting me at 180.4 lbs lost officially. Woohoo!

That is awsome. You dont realize how much that inspires me. I too have allot 200# to lose and seeing you do it in the time I have been gone is great. I am proud of you and thank you for your sharing Ron

I am learning lots today. I actually had to add this club to the list of options. Guess nobody has every made it this far before. You are a groundbreaker B.

Brian,

That is simply amazing - 180lbs in that time frame averages at 4.1lbs a week - which as a long term average is simply awesome.

I tip my hat even though I have met you :D

You do realize that you are amazing, right?

Perfect example of what can happen when you work the Medifast program. When you reach goal, we'll need to find a special medallion for ya. :lol:
