Can't find where I read it !!

Postby ThinkinThin » June 8th, 2005, 5:42 pm

Ok.....maybe I'm losing it along with the pounds, hahaha, but I've read so many posts I cant find it. I recall reading that pickels and sf jello are allowed as well as celery ( 3 stalks per day). Which pickles are we allowed and how many - a full dill pickle or spear or sweet or ??? What about sf popicicles ? In 90 degree heat -- even a frosty MF shake cant hit the spot. Oh and does adding a crystal light to my water 1once a day count towards my water or not ???? I buy the new Crystal Light To-Go packets, very handy when you're ON THE GO. Hmmmm must be why they are call To-Go packets  . Anyways.. any info would be great. thanks !!!!

Hi - I got this from a post Martha wrote:

----sugarfree jello - 2 per day
----boullion - 2 cups per day
----celery - 3 stalks per day
----Medifast crackers - 1 pack per day
----Fast Soup - 2 per day
----2 tbs of bbq sauce, ketchup or mustard per day
----dill pickle spears - 1-2 per day

She found the info in the Medifast books and on the forums.

Hope that helps!

Sara,
the crystal light added to your water counts as plain water. I use several different flavors. Be sure and check out all the frozen "treat" recipes listed under lean cuisine on the forum. There are some great recipes.

Thank Goodness for Cystal Lite Lemonade! I LOVE the stuff, I have found it to be the cheapest at "Cos**" You can get a Large box with LOTS of it inside! Enought to make 20 quarts I believe. It is great to put in an ice tray and feeze and then add to your water jug! ;) I think the cost of it is under $7.00 for a box, verses almost $6.00 for a conatiner that will make 8 quarts at Wally world.
