Big Loss finally!!!!!!

I've lost 4 pounds this week!!!

See how crazy my body is? It won't give it up but like once a month. I'll stay exactly the same weight though my clothes get looser, and then bam all at once it sheds pounds. CRAZY!

I'm down to 228!!!!!!!!

Thanks everyone! It's a boost I really needed to motivate to the next step. I'm going to the gym today and hopefully I'm entering the next stage of my plan. The exercise stage.
