Wow LuzInIt, 19# that is fantastic. As my students would say, "Way to go, dude!" :yeah: "You rock." (Actually I don't think they say that anymore.)

I have only been on MF for 1 1/2 weeks. As of past Sunday I am down 10# and loving every minute of it. I love this forum and the motivation I get from it.

Can't wait to see where we all are in a few weeks and months. We are going to be lookin' SOOooooo GOOoooooood! :goteam:

Great to have you with us.

Hi LuzInIt!
19 pounds is awesome!!
Don't you just feel on top pf the world!!
You can make it all the way to your goal!!
Just do it one day at a time and celebrate each pound and inch lost!
I started out wanting to lose 144 pounds, and now am only 51.5 pounds away from my goal!
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
Donica, AWESOME first week!! Keep up the great work!

Thanks all for your kind welcome. After three weeks of getting to know you it's great to become one of the gang. Change my membership from the 10# Club to the 20# please..... Down 21.5. In a few weeks I'll get up the nerve to post my starting #'s! Suffice it to say there isn't a player in the NFL who weighs more than me (even after 21.5 of me gone).

OK - I have never decorated my messages in 15 years of computer use cause I didn't know how. But I loved your ticker thingies and thought I'd experiment. Next thing I know, there it is under my name. So much for getting up enough nerve to post my starting number! It's now out there for the whole wide MF world to see! Anyway, I really need to get back to work... Have a good day everyone.
