Biki, my husband works in broadcasting, so he has also been trained to speak without an accent. I met him in a public setting, so imagine my surprise when I was alone with him the first time and his "Chaaawl-ston" South Carolina accent came out!

Once we got to Michigan and he realized how much people liked it in this area he really hicked it up on his show.

Hi Pam! I think today IS going to be a good one!

DH does the afternoon drive show. He's the station's Program Director, but he's such a natural entertainer that he HAS to have a creative outlet, so he does the afternoon slot. He would love to do mornings, but with all his other responsibilites that's a hard shift for him to fill. Besides his body doesn't agree with those 4:00 am mornings and he turns into a total grouch. Our marriage is much safer when he does another shift if you know what I mean! ;)

You are doing so great and under such stress (selling the house). I smile every time I think about the surprise your husband is going to get when he sees you!

Day 71 of Compliance

Break out the marching band! I’m in the 30 lbs club!!

Today is my 10 week weigh in. I lost another 3.0 lbs this week to weigh 160.4 and make my overall total 30.2 lbs lost! Hooray!! My initial goal was to drop 30 lbs by the time I saw my husband again and I made it with 9 days to spare!! I am so happy I started Medifast when I did! The 10 weeks I’ve invested have been so rewarding. I’m at the half way point and have no doubt I WILL reach my goal!

10 Week Progress:
Starting Weight— 190.6
Week 01—8.8 lbs—181.8
Week 02—1.6 lbs—180.2
Week 03—2.0 lbs—178.2
Week 04—1.6 lbs—176.6
Week 05—3.8 lbs—172.8*
Week 06—1.8 lbs—171.0
Week 07—3.4 lbs—167.6
Week 08—2.0 lbs—165.6
Week 09—2.2 lbs—163.4
Week 10—3.0 lbs—160.4
Average= 3.0 lbs per week
*added exercise

Not to be offensive but can I just say how envious I am of the sizzling hot sex you are going to have! I haven't had any since Thanksgiving and it wasn't hot at all just kind of romantic because we were at a bed and breakfast.
