WOW! 30# Club, please!

I am just trucking right along this week. I don't even keep my weekly stats because a lot of the time I would record zero pounds lost. I was happy 2 days ago to just be in the 50s!

Thirty pounds, Baby! This is the easiest weight loss I've EVER had. I've lost major weight 4 times in my life. Once in high school by starvation (and that was only 30 pounds). Once in college through NutriSystem. Once after my first child, who was turning 2, by working my butt off. And now through Medifast. I haven't even really started much exercise. The weight just keeps falling off, so I'm afraid to do too much...

Thanks to all of your posts that have been so helpful, supportive, and inspirational! :woohoo:
