I started February 20th and I am so pleased so far. The headaches were a problem in the beginning, they lasted about a week and a half.

Not sure why I had them so long but I have been true to the program. I haven't deviated, following as written. I have high hopes this time that I will be successful. When people talk about keeping it off, my only concern now is getting it off. I feel more energized just like they said I would and I've made some good buddies. We are supporting each other. After four weeks, down 10.5 pounds. Certainly not the largest weight loss compared to others but I set a 10 pound goal for myself and I made it. These next pounds are very important. I want to lose at least six pounds this next month because I will break through a number I haven't seen in awhile.

I just made my first reorder and I made sure to order those items I enjoy. Doesn't pay to suffer through products I'm not happy with.

I've started going to the gym again and I'm proud of myself for that. Not as consistent as I should be but it will come together.

Best feeling - being energized and having a positive attitude that I can do this. I'm looking forward to the journey.

Congrats on the 10.5 you have lost, and don't worry - you will lose some more! As I said on another post 10 pounds a month seems to be the average. That's what I'm aiming for, though of course I'd love more. :-P

Don't know why I'm feeling a bit down today. Program is going fine but I seem to have put a lot of pressure on myself this week. I know the first 10 are not difficult to get off but I really need to see some result this week to know that it is working. I think that's why I always gave up on Weight Watchers, I couldn't maintain a loss and it just seemed to me that when you have a lot to lose, it should be easier in the beginning, especially when you are being good.

Maybe just one of my silly moments.

You will totally see a loss if you are 100% compliant. You must follow the program without deviations and cheats if you want to see it though! It's worth it! The great thing about Medifast is that it is so fast and you see results quickly, it keeps people going. :)

You can do it, stick with it! I am! Remember that the days will pass whether you stick to it or not.. but if you stick to it you will see the amazing results. When I first started I liked to think of it as if I were on a doctor's special diet and if I deviated I would get sick. Maybe if you think of it as a prescription too it will help!

Hi, I can understand becoming discouraged when we don't get the positive feedback from the scale (watching those numbers decrease), but whether the numbers fall or whether they stay the same for awhile (like 7 days, but who is counting ) the program is working.

As Pashta said above---the day is going to come and go, whether you are on the program or not. It is our choice if we stay compliant and stick to the program during those tougher times (when the scale isn't doing what we want it to do), knowing that the gratification and the *will* happen at some point. I can stay on program for the next 30 days or I can become discouraged and begin cheating during the next 30 days. The end result is that 30 days is going to go by---and the scale, my clothing and my body will show my decisions during those days.

I hope you'll find the strength to always continue on during those tougher times. :)

My best to you!

Thanks for the feedback. Like I said probably just a down moment but believe me I'm not going back. I've already planned on what I'm going to do in May while I'm on vacation. Bringing food with me.

This is going so well. Down another 1.6. Slow and steady is probably the way. I'm dedicated and I' very very happy. tonight is a challenge. It's the holiday and I'm cooking but I've already prepared my lean and green. It will be good. I don't need dessert because it stays on my body and will bring no pleasure.
