I feel as if the last pound took me a lifetime.

Now I want to stay here. I'm still debating the 135-140 range. If MF says 135 do I try. I didn't think 140 was possible but maybe I'll be able to break through, even 139 would be nice. Don't mean to sound ungrateful :x because right now I feel wonderful.

I'll treat myself to something special if I'm still here next week.

THANKS :hi5:

Chynna yes it did and to be honest there were times I was wondering what the heck was going on. Since almost the beginning of the program I have had terrible dry mouth and tongue problems.

Even though the doctor couldn't find a reason for it and nutrition support said it didn't sound like an allergy there were times I wanted to cry but I never wanted to or even considered giving up this program. To this day I still have that problem.

In another month I will transition and I'm hoping that when I add back more regular foods and cut down on the MF products, my mouth might finally get better. At least I'm really hoping for the best.

Things are going pretty well. I haven't gone to transition yet, (('m a coward) but I'm really pretty happy with the way I'm looking. My husband tells me I'm looking better then I have in years and I'm 59.

I don't think the infusers are for me though because they are making my dry mouth problems worse. I'll have to rethink that through.

Medifast sent me an e-mail congratulating me on my success and asking if I wanted to submit my story and photos. I haven't decided yet what to do but I am writing my story down, even if it's just for me.

I think it's a good call to write it out--MOST ESPECIALLY for yourself!
Way to go! Don't be a coward about maintenance ... just keep your priorities in order! :D

Haven't been around much but I'm doing o.k.

Third week of transition and I'm really liking it. Adding back the apple was like touching heaven (that's how I felt). Might be silly but it tastes so good to have one. Suppose to have dairy this week but haven't done it yet. I'm thinking the dannon light and fit yogurt will be the way to go since I'm not much of a milk drinker and I'm not into fat free cheese.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Ah, yes, I remember the first apple on transition, and I agree, it was heaven! Congrats on this process, it's a good time!

Let me recommend Fage greek yogurt, 0%. It tastes like sour cream, but if you don't like that taste, if you add a Splenda, it's delicious. The reason you may like it better than Dannon Light & Fit, is that it has a much better Protein to Carb ratio, is lower in calories, and has a much thicker consistency, which I find is much more filling. In fact, any of the non-fat Greek yogurts are thicker, so they hit home a bit better - just my opinion.

Enjoy!

Someone just told me the same thing but I'll have to see where to buy it. They said a health food store so I'm not really sure since I've never shopped at a nice health food store.

You might try some light cream cheese to add that dairy too. It is really good added to the MF shakes (doesn't so much change the flavor, but makes them really creamy!). There are a couple of super delish yogurts available in our Kroger's Organic Dariy Section next time I go I will get you the names since I am having a mental block right now. Also, what about cottage cheese - I have always liked it with a tomato or pineapple.

Congratuations on a job well done in reaching your goal. What an inspiration you are. Good luck as you continue to transition!
