Thanks ladies. the last few months have been hard because my mind isn't in the same place but I've been winning the battle. I'm going to try to find some kind of yogurt I can eat and that's some idea about the light cream cheese in a shake, never heard of that one.

I realize, now, that I wrote "shake" I meant that I put my cream cheese in the puddings. Also, the yogurt that we enjoy with all the beneficial stuff is Kefer. It is more of a thick, shake-like drink than a yogurt. Very yummy in my opinion.

Yes, we can get it at out local Kroger stores which has other stores in their company like Fry's, Fred Meyer etc. I find it in the organic section in the cooler. It is sold in a bottle like a quart milk and comes in plain and berry - I love the berry and am looking forward to being able to have it again.

Well Twanda found me and made me realize maybe I'm just not getting it is because I need help and not be on my own.

I figure I had better start posting and stop letting the issues in my life get me down, makes me feel low and I still have a lot to be thankful for. I want to lose about 7 more so I'm trying to recommit.

Wish me luck.

Glad to see you posting!

Sorry to read that you've been struggling with things in life and also with MF/your weight.

This is what I wrote in my own journal this morning---

I've found that losing the weight isn't the end of the battle or the weight loss journey. I still have a lot to learn about myself, my food triggers, portion control (I so easily slip on that one), food choices.....the list is long and there is a lot to learn.

So---what are our choices while we continue to learn, to put what we learn into practice? We just keep working our way on the journey. Some days are much harder than others, but it is a battle worth fighting and worth winning.

I hope you have a great day and can keep focused for those 7 pesky pounds!

Thank you both for your support.

I know I did this before and I can do it again. Life is always going to have it's ups and downs. I have to learn it's not fair and just go with it.

I know I can do it, I know I can.

Yep, ups and downs will always be there. We need new non-food coping mechanisms. I hope you can find your new de-stress ideas.

Thanks for the posts on my trades. PM'ed you!
