One more pound and I've reached my goal. I am so hoping it will happen before the end of the year because I want to go to transition beginning January, 2008.

I was thinking about the commercial I saw where Valerie Bertonelli talks about not having to make another resolution to lose weight in the new year. I realized this will be the first time in a very long time I won't be contemplating going to WW and failing again. I found what works for me and now I'm going to concentrate on making sure I stick with what works.

I'm so happy and I feel so proud.

Thanks for all the words of encouragement. I'm so close and yet I feel so far away. Messed up yesterday, the first time since I've started this program and I don't know why.

Not going to dwell on it, moving on and concentrating especially hard this week to get that last pound off but I'm not going to let it rule my life. I like the way I feel and look and I still intend to go to transition starting January.

This was the best decision and the best money I have ever spent.

Well I still haven't made it. I think I need to rethink what I'm doing, you know like tasting food as I cook. Holidays are behind me, good stuff is in front so I'm writing down what I'm eating, increasing my exercise starting today and hoping that pesky last weight will finally come off.

I've read many stories, people around my weight who lost it quicker then I did. I'm not upset by that if that is the way my body wants it but maybe I'm causing it not to come off by messing around so I'm rethinking it and going to be more careful.

I hope everyone had a great holiday.

For some people it is a process of progress rather than perfection. Keep trying and you'll get there!

Thanks for the encouragement, it's just that I don't understand why I'm being so stupid about it. I should be there and I really think I would be if I wasn't being so sloppy.

I did drop the 2 pounds so now I'm still just the 1 away. I need to find that motivation you have when you first start. I feel hungry now and I shouldn't be. I never was before and I'm scared that means it will be so easy to put back on.

:x

Don't worry about that as long as you take your time with transition and be reasonable with maintenance you can keep it off. The trick is to not let it get out of hand, to monitor your weight faithfully, and be willing to take the steps necessary to maintain.

Well I finally made it. I reached the 140 mark. :)

Since I decided that I would complete one year on a full program, I have one month left to go before I start transition. MF had selected 135 for me as a goal but I never thought I could get there. Well we shall see if I lose anymore but Feb. 20th I go into transition.

I feel good (even though I'm not really feeling all that well today, a stomach thing I guess).

Thanks for your all your support.
