Woman on the edge!!!!

Postby MusicalMomma » February 28th, 2006, 12:18 pm

:table: Honest to goodness...I was SO close to the edge of a serious binge!!! Thank goodness I had some sf jello in the fridge!!! I can't say I'm totally stable yet, but so far I'm resisting. :eyecrazy: I'm like a junkie with the DT's!!! OK, maybe it's not that severe, but darn close!!!!

Hi Joyce,
Go over to the "Daily Pledge" post and read your post today.

Print it out, and put it in your pocket....:)

Treat yourself to a extra special doctored up blended shake, if you have to.

Joyce

Take a deep breath and step away from the kitchen. It's ok. Food is not your friend. Keep telling yourself that.

Think of your goals and try and relax. Or just vent all your frustrations to us here.

Joyce--You can do this!!!!! Breathe in breathe out now one more time. Remember if you have to take it hour by hour or 10min by 10 min. I know how bad cravings are but I also know how it feels to get through them with compliance and so do you. Remember that feeling and get through this! We are all routing for you.

LOL!! No, as you can see, everyone is alive and well...at least I hope everyone is well :) I made it! The cravings have subsided!!! I made an extra tasty mocha shake with extra instant coffee and extra hazlenut sf syrup. I had it an hour early, but it did the trick!!!! PHEW!!!!! Thank you Lord for the strength! Thank you friends for coaching me through this most difficult craving! Thank you Medifast for tasty alternatives!!!!!!

I told my mom that this is the very first time in my life that I had such a
STRONG craving and didn't give in to it! WOW! That's powerful for me!

Hey, Joyce

Just wondering how you're doing today. Don't you feel great that you made it through that tough spot?

Thinking of you,

Good Morning Jo! Thanks for asking :) I do feel WONDERFUL that I made it through that TERRIBLE craving!!! It took a lot of support, which you ALL gave me so freely AND A LOT of prayer for strength, but I stayed on program! I'm feeling strong this morning. Mornings have never been the issue for me, but I think today is going to be a GREAT day!!!! :)

Happy Shaking!!!

From what I've been reading, the weeks that some people have felt extra hungry, they lost BIG at weigh in. Here's hoping that is true for us!!!
