Terry got the camera out today while I was having a little bike ride, so I thought I'd post them.
Don't anyone tell Nancy I posted them....:)

Unca ~

Thank you for showing off Terry's camera work! Hee hee.

Yup, that's moi wearing my size four leather pants and leopardy shirt. I know you can't tell from the photo, but I'm also wearing a leopard necklace from my favorite husband.

Who'dda thought a middle age lady could wear leather pants? Well I do, because I can...you can, too.

Medifast works - it'll change your shape and your attitude one shake at a time!
P.S. Unca got his thighs sunburned when he went for his bike ride. I asked him if he'd like some lotion and his reply, "Lotion is for boys. Real men tough it out."

Whoopee! :hi5:

Awesome! :cleader:

Thanks, Little Darlin' for that GREAT report - you are on your weigh now!

Day one is nearly over and you will be cinching your belt in a bit tighter.

You'll be running for the sandbox more and more the next few days - think of all that exercise you'll get and it will firm up those thighs and all the slurps of water will flush that flab right outta your thinner, skinnier bod! Whee!

We will all look for your report tomorrow about Day #2.

September 4th will be here soon. It is a special day to you and we want you to feel good about doing everything you can to greet that day with a positive feeling about yourself and the great accomplishment that you're striving for.

:coach: Go for it, Susan!! :goteam:

Thanks, 'Nette. Yep, they are bones. I never knew that I had 'em until now. ;)

When I first discovered 'em, I was lying in bed and I felt them and I thought I had  cancer or something 'cuz it was so foreign to moi.

Now, I love the way it feels to feel my hip bones pressing up against my jeans or my leathers. Weird, huh?

You've got 'em, too and we're gonna getcha to the point of feelin' your hip bones, too!

We are all on our weigh to Thinsville! No turnin' back!

Sternum?

Postby explorthis » July 14th, 2004, 6:57 am

Gotta laugh a little here, I additionally did not know the feeling of "bone" until one evening about 6 months ago, laying on my back in bed, I got concerned, actually concerned because I felt this bone thing where my ribs come together, I did not know, it's called a sternum! Not a lie, I did not know what it was. I still lay in bed, and feel it, intentionally. Odd?

Also, not getting graphic, I have hip bones. Laying in bed, I can additionally feel these protruding bones on either side of my waist, WOW, this is still new to me. Guess there is a first time for everything. Sort of neat, the little things to be discovered. Trivial? Maybe, but not for me.

Mike, isn't it a wonder?!

What's this? Mike has a sternum? Isn't he something else? He is an awesome hunk AND he is a bod tekky, too!

I, too have a sternum and it shows through my clothing. My daughter asked me what it was, - she thought I had a lump! I was worried and thought perhaps I was growing a third frontal...now I can tell her what it's called. Thank you, Mike.

I found two bumps on by back side - by my waist - they are on the opposite side of my hip bones - and I discovered them when I was trying to stand up right after having weeded the garden! I think they are part of my hipcage, but I don't know for sure! Never knew I had 'em!

Gosh, we've all turned into self-gropers...
