Will I be able to get back to the pre-pregnancy weight?

Postby Guest » August 6th, 2006, 12:31 am

I would really like to get back to what I weighed before my first child ... about 100 pounds ago. (I weigh about 240 now.)

Pre-pregnancy, I was a lot fitter, a lot healthier, a lot more active, a lot more self-confident.

Can I have all that again?

Oh, by the way, it was my wife that was pregnant. I'm the dad.

Yes, it works.
Pre WLS 460
Low after WLS 300
Start of MF 350
Previous MF low 280
Restart MF 330

Absolutely. Many people here have lost 100 pounds or are in the process of doing so. Just takes a little commitmwnt and MF does the rest.

you absolutely can, as long as your wife keeps her hands off you. seriously, it wouldn't do for you to get close to your goal and then one of you gets knocked up.

Guest that is very cute, you're the daddy. My hubby has lost 75 pounds in the past 3 months, you can do it too!
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Start Weight 326.7 ~ My short term goal will put me at 250!

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

the answer is...

Postby LAwoman » August 15th, 2006, 10:11 am

ABSOLUTELY!!!

That is
IF you choose to follow the plan.
IF you actually do follow the plan.

But yes, yes, yes. Just look at all these success stories with less and more than 100 lbs. to lose. Sure it took committment, willpower, determination, sacrafice..., and everything else that goes along with successfully losing weight. But I'll tell you from experience, MF is the best, most successful way of losing that weight.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Keep us posted and let us know how it goes. And just keep coming here to keep you going.
