How are you, Mz Laura? On a sudden urge, I checked in today and saw your concerned message. Just had to answer and let you know I am okay.

I'm in a good place right now, feeling good, and after almost two years since reaching goal, I am 8-9 pounds over goal. I am going after those pounds now and back on Medifast (mostly) using all the MF products I can muster up.

It seems it's the only thing I can get to work for me...
I was thinking about you, so when I saw your post, here I am.
No excuses, I have not been posting for quite a while and I do miss my medifast pals, like you.

Hey, Lauren and I are still here! Biki got upset and left. Jo disappeared without a word. Tawanda's around, but she's been busy so not visiting as often as she used to.
