I am chuging my shakes oh by the way how low should i run before i order again i don;t want to run out right now i am still ok.I am going to order the 55 medfist next time i order .

Depending upon the company's volume, weather, shipper, the distance from the company in Maryland (I live on the west coast!) etc.it is best to plan ahead and allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

I have gotten down to the wire a few times myself so I'd just suggest that you protect yourself and order in plenty of time!
