Joelie ~ I'm so envious of you and your results. I remember when you had just hit ONEderland and now your down to 176. I'm still banging on the door of ONEderland b/c I had a few detours but I'm getting there. KUTGW!!!

ARK! You DID IT! WOO HOOOOOOO!!!! Welcome to ONEderland!

Lizabette...you ask what must my friends and family be thinking? They are surprised each time they see me...and make me blush with all the oooohs and ahhhhhs. :lol:

There are several who are FINALLY *believers* and are now following down this wonderful journey to optimal health as well. THAT is a GREAT feeling!

Joey and Allie are grateful now that I have more energy to play and walk.
