OK TOMORROW IS GOING TO BE MY FIRST DAY!!!

HI THIS IS TARESSA AGAIN.....I WAS WONDERING TOMORROW IS GOING TO BE MY FIRST DAY AND I SEE THAT SOME HAVE CHICKEN SOUP WHEN ON THE COMPLETE FASTING PROGRAM I WAS WONDERING IF SINCE I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ORDER THE SOUP THROUGH MEDIFAST IF I COULD USE CHICKEN BROTH INSTEAD???

You may have chicken broth as an "extra," but it doesn't count as a meal replacement...

So say the boards... I'm a newbie... Just repeating what I've read...

V 7 is correct-a-mundo!

Two servings of bouillon or two cups of low fat Chicken or Beef Broth per day is okie dokie to use as a bonus/snack item.

3 stalks of celery.

2 Dill Pickles.

good luck taressa!

the snacks nancy mentioned are really helpful. i dont have them every day but they are RAD when i need them. i found some low sodium boullion which is easier for me to handle. also, i buy the vlasic "snackkums" dill pickles, they are itty bitty and make me feel like im having a snacky item

anyhoo! good luck getting started!
