Well tomorrow is the day!!! Day one and I am sooo psychd

I cannot wait to start on MF

I have my water in the fridge chilling and I am right now drinking my last glass of sweet tea ( I am a real southern gal )

I can't wait till my first weigh in a week from tomorrow to see some of these pesky pounds gone for good

I look forward to all of the support and guidance I will get from you guys and appreciate all the advice

welcome to the forum it is a great place to come to I started almost 3 weeks ago it will be Monday and I have lost 10 lbs. you can do this and the food and shakes are really good again welcome aboard

Actually I am sort of cheating--My sister had some supplements and gave them to me so I can get started. I finally got my tracking info and it says I should get my shipment on Tues
